Design Lab: From Idea to Invention

In this hands-on summer camp, teens will step into the world of product design, engineering, and manufacturing as they develop their own original inventions.

From brainstorming and sketching to 3D modeling, prototyping, and production, campers will learn how real products are developed and manufactured. Using professional design techniques, CAD software, and 3D printers, they'll turn their ideas into functional physical objects.

Throughout the week, students will explore creative problem-solving, mechanical design, material selection, and the process of testing and refining their work.

The week concludes with an Inventors' Showcase, where campers demonstrate their finished products and pitch their inventions!

Previous design or 3D printing experience encouraged, but not required. This camp is designed for curious, creative teens who want to take their technical and design skills to the next level.
